Tweety: born and raised in The Netherlands. The canary who's main job in the family is to fill the house with beautiful sounds and keep Lucy the cat entertained.  She does this well.  In these two photos, Tweety was caught doing her dance from perch to perch which so captivates Lucy.  Cool pics uh? :)  The first encounter with Lucy was hard on poor Tweety.  She was very nervous and didn't sing much for the first couple weeks.  But she seems to be getting used to the idea of sharing the house with a big eyed, loud, and annoying cat.  When Tweety sings.. you sense the wonder of nature in her little voice.

Lucy:  Born and lived the first year of her life in Oklahoma, USA.  Then one day, while heavily drugged, she got on a big KLM MD-11 and woke up in Holland!  She's adapted well and even learning to speak Dutch!  Well.. almost!  She has her very own room here. She spends alot of her time curled up on her favorite wool blanket that we keep on the bed.  The rest of the time she enjoys running up and down the stairs, dragging her litter bag out of her room so that it is right in the doorway, playing with her toys, and generally having control over everything and everyone around her. She's very vocal and sweet!  SO SPOILED!
